CRISPY AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN SHRIMP


 


  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

✅ The Crispy Coating

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan

  • garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

👩🍳 EASY STEPS

1. Prep the Coating

  • Mix Panko, Parmesan, garlic, and spices in one bowl.

  • In another bowl, toss shrimp with oil and lemon zest.

2. Double-Coat for Extra Crunch

  1. Dip shrimp in melted butter, then in crumb mix (press gently).

  2. Place in single layer in air fryer basket (lightly greased).

3. Air Fry to Perfection

  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 mins, flipping halfway.

  • Garnish with parsley and lemon.
